The required documents for club registration for the year 2025 are listed above.
Clubs applying for new registration must first send the required documents for 2025 to [email protected] and then submit the original copies to our Ankara office (Address: Gazi Mahallesi, Anadolu Bulvarı, No:12, 06560 Yenimahalle/ANKARA).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Clubs that do not complete their registration process or fail to submit the required documents by January 23, 2025, will not be eligible to enter their players into tournaments. For players to apply for tournaments, their clubs must complete the registration process.
Previously registered association clubs that have not held a general or extraordinary election in 2024 are only required to send the Club Registration Form, Club and Coach License Renewal Receipts to [email protected]. Association clubs that have held a general or extraordinary election in 2024 must send all documents listed under the required documents section with wet signatures to our Ankara office. Clubs wishing to request tournaments for 2025 must complete their registration.
Required Documents for Tennis Court Qualification Certificate
Pursuant to the regulations stated in the Turkish Tennis Federation’s Regulation on the Inspection and Qualification of Tennis Courts and Tennis Facilities, obtaining a Qualification Certificate and Registration Certificate is mandatory for tennis courts and tennis facilities owned or operated by individuals or legal entities. The issuance, renewal, and cancellation of these certificates are handled by the Turkish Tennis Federation.
