DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY PROVINCIAL/DISTRICT DIRECTORATES OF YOUTH AND SPORTS FOR NEW LICENSE APPLICATIONS

1.       Medical report stating the athlete is fit to participate in sports and competitions
2.       Written parental/guardian consent for minors under the age of 18
3.       2 recent passport-size photographs for individual license applications
4.       3 recent passport-size photographs for club license applications
5.       Document from the club confirming the athlete's affiliation
6.       No license fee is charged
7.       Once the above procedures are completed, athletes who receive their new license cards may register via i-kort and participate in tournaments

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY PROVINCIAL/DISTRICT DIRECTORATES OF YOUTH AND SPORTS FOR LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATIONS

1.       Medical report stating the athlete is fit to participate in sports and competitions
2.       2 recent passport-size photographs
3.       According to Article 8, Paragraph 4 of the Athlete Licensing, license renewal and Transfer Directive, all athletes who receive a license must complete the license renewal process in order to participate in federation events (The 2025 renewal fee is 915 TL)
4.       Once the license renewal process is complete, athletes can link their license card to their i-kort account
