2025 ITF Pro Tournament Applications

The relevant letter of the Ministry for ITF Pro Circuit Tournaments will be organized in accordance with the rules determined by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and the International Tournament Regulation of the Turkish Tennis Federation, which can be accessed via the links and documents below.

In 2025; Clubs wishing to organize the ITF Pro Circuit tournaments, which will take place in January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November and December, must submit their applications by Saturday, 5 October 2024, 17:30, in line with the request of the ITF.
The following documents (the Tournament Application Form, the International Tournament Contract and the International Tournament Addendum Agreement) must be signed, and stamped, then sent via email to [email protected] address, and the original versions (wet-signed and stamped on every page) must also be sent by post to the TTF office in Ankara.
