Our Senior National Women's Team Will Compete in the Billie Jean King Cup Play-Offs for the First Time in Our History

Our Senior National Women's Team is in Group F, alongside Germany and Belgium, in the Billie Jean King Cup Play-Offs, which will take place at Tennis Club Ismaning in Munich, Germany, between November 14-16, 2025.

Captained by Mr. Bora Gerçeker, our Senior National Women's Team roster includes Ms. Zeynep Sönmez, Ms. Çağla Büyükakçay, Ms. Ayla Aksu, Ms. Berfu Cengiz, and Ms. İpek Öz. Mr. Cemal Şahin Ünal serves as the fitness coach, Ms. Merve Herduran as the physiotherapist, and Ms. Pemra Özgen as the technical manager.

In the Play-Offs, which will witness the struggle of 21 teams, the 7 group winners will advance to the Qualifiers group, while the remaining 14 teams will compete in Group I in 2026.

Türkiye will play its first match against the host country, Germany, on Friday, November 14, at 17:00 (TSI). On Saturday, November 15, our nationals will face Belgium in the matches starting at 16:00. The matches will be broadcast on S Sport Plus.
