Davis Cup Türkiye-Serbia Match Draw Held
The match schedule for the Davis Cup World Group I tie, to be held at Sportski Centar Čair in Niš, Serbia, on September 12-13, has been announced.
The roster of our National Men's Team, captained by Erhan
Oral, includes Yankı Erel, Ergi Kırkın, Arda Azkara, Mert Naci Türker, and
Koray Kırcı. Cemal Şahin Ünal is the national team's fitness coach, and Atilla
Murat Ünver is the physiotherapist.
The Serbian National Team, captained by Viktor Troicki,
includes Miomir Kecmanovic, Hamad Medjedovic, Branko Djuric, Matej Sabanov, and
Ivan Sabanov.
As a result of the draw, the matches will begin on Friday,
September 12, at 5:00 p.m. local time. In singles, Ergi Kırkın will face Miomir
Kecmanovic, followed by Yankı Erel against Hamad Medjedovic.
On Saturday, September 13, starting at 1:00 p.m. local time,
Arda Azkara/Mert Naci Türker will face Matej Sabanov/Ivan Sabanov in doubles.
Following this match, the singles matches will begin, with
Yankı Erel facing Miomir Kecmanovic and Ergi Kırkın facing Hamad Medjedovic.
The matches will be broadcast live on S Sport and S Sport
Plus.
